Blo Sugar Land was opened by Franchisee, Phincy T. (AKA “Spice Curlz”) in August 2018. Phincy is a Pediatric Occupational Therapist, she owns and operates a home health staffing agency, and she’s a mom to 3 kids… so she definitely loves to stay busy! She was drawn to Blo because she saw how it helped boost people’s confidence in as little as one visit. Phincy has lived all over the US and loves to travel, especially if there is a beach. She loves to meet everyone who visits her Blo location. You can visit her and her team at Blo Sugar Land in the Kroger Plaza, at the corner of Sweetwater and Lexington. It’s located between Kroger and Walgreens, just behind The Cottage.
