how much is a blow out?

will my hair be washed during my appointment?
Absolutely, that is included as part of our blow out service!
can I replace a missing gift card?
Gift cards will be delivered to you activated and ready to use. Please treat them like cash. Blo is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

can you tame my hair extensions?
All of our Stylists have completed comprehensive training and have learned how to handle extensions with care. However, Blo Blow Dry Bar is not responsible for damaged or loose extensions as a result of a Blo service.
Guests with bonded extensions, including “tape-in”, “beaded–in” or “sewn-in”, will be charged a $15 fee to allow for the extra care and time required to style the extensions.Guests with “sewn-in” extensions are advised to reach out to their local Blo prior to booking their appointment. This will allow us to assess your needs and confirm we can provide you with service that meets Blo standards.
Guests who would like to have “clip-in” or “halo” extensions installed by Blo will be charged a $15 installation fee. Extensions must be clean, dry, detangled and ready for installation. Extensions requiring washing and drying will be charged at the price of a blow out. Please note that Blo does not currently offer “tape-in” extension installations or move-ups.
can I bring in my hair extensions for a wash?
Not a problem! Please note this would be charged at a full blow out price.
do you offer dry styling?
We sure do! A “dry style” is a no-wash, no-blow dry service that is performed on clean dry hair for the price of $25-$35 depending on the market. Dry style services are only available as a walk- in service and cannot be booked online, through the blo app, text or phone.
For a service to qualify as a dry style it must be achievable within 20 minutes or less and on hair that is deemed in good condition (clean, dry, not overly matted or tangled).
can I request a specific stylist?
While we try to accommodate all stylist requests, we cannot guarantee you will be paired with a particular stylist. We’ll do our best – pinky swear!
what is your cancellation policy?
We require 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid charging a cancellation fee of $25 per service booked. By entering your credit card information, which is encrypted and stored to your customer profile, you agree to accept our cancellation and no-show policy fees. All applicable cancellation fee(s) will be charged to your card if you cancel within 24 hours of the start of your appointment.
To be considered valid, cancellations must be made through the location at which the appointment was made via the Blo app, email or phone at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. For appointments cancelled within 24 hours the $25 cancellation fee per service booked will apply. For group bookings of two or more, each guest that cancels within 24hrs will be charged $25 per service booked. If you or any member of your group fails to cancel or show for your appointment(s) you will be considered a no-show and the no-show policy will apply.
Please note that Blo Bridal services, Blo on the Go (BOTG) and Blo Parties are subject to different cancellation policies and fees. Deposits paid on Blo Bridal, BOTG and Blo Party bookings are non-refundable. Please refer to the Blo Bridal, BOTG or Blo Party agreement as prepared by the Blo Location providing said services for full pricing, terms and conditions.
what is your late policy?
If you are 10+ minutes late for your appointment, we might have to cancel, reschedule, or adjust your service(s) to fit the remaining time. If we adjust, cancel or reschedule your service, you will be charged the full cost of the service(s).
what is your return policy?
We want you to love your new purchase! We accept returns within 21 days for any damaged/malfunctioning tools or products. No returns will be accepted without proof of purchase. As our locations are all individually owned and operated, all items must be returned to the location of purchase.
Please note that all services, tabs (prepaid series), gift cards/gift certificates and memberships are non-refundable.
do you take group bookings?
We are tickled pink to offer our service for you and your friends! Feel free to come in with all your friends and family for a day of pampering. Great for birthdays, bachelorettes, and any fun get togethers. For group bookings please contact your local blo for scheduling and pricing.
