Ralph Aiken III and Dallas Aiken own and run many businesses ranging from IT Consulting, ERTC
Tax Consulting, Accounting Services for Small Businesses, a Lash and Brow Salon in Lake Stevens
and Blo Mill Creek.

Dallas along with owning multiple businesses Dallas is a dedicated customer service manager
with experience in “big box” retail and employee management with an emphasis in employee
satisfaction and retention while reaching sales goals. Currently she attends Evergreen Beauty
College for cosmetology and salon ownership. She combines her passion, experience and ability
to develop lifelong relationships with existing and new customers. Her philosophy is that
everyone has an important part to play in customer service and with that in mind she works
hard to identify the needs of staff to better help them reach their goals and for the company to
continue great customer satisfaction.

Ralph is a long time Business Owner with a background in management and IT professional
services with experience in a variety of different settings from startups to “mom and pop”
shops. Throughout his career he has been responsible for overseeing and managing people and
groups of IT specialists as well as the planning and implementation of software and hardware
systems for tiger teams for new retail locations or supporting thousands of employees and
hardware in large corporations. He is a Chief Information Officer responsible for the planning,
research, and implementation and support of all IT systems with the technical expertise to
guide them for years to come. He has been primary for all Audit compliance and remediation
tasks IT related, weather that is for FDIC or SOX or PCI compliant.
We look forward to expanding our salon ownership to multiple locations and pursuing our
passion of employee management and growth.

Blo Mill Creek is located in a shopping center along with other businesses such as The Nail Palace, Club Pilates, Starbucks, ATI Physical Therapy, and Safeway amongst a few banks and restaurants.
