Velma McMillan is the CEO of EON Innovations LLC and Quantum Alliance MGA, as well as a multi-unit franchise partner with Blo Blow Dry Bar. She became a Blo franchise partner in 2021 when she opened her first location in Rockwall, Texas. Today, she owns and operates seven Blo Blow Dry Bar locations across Texas and Virginia.
Velma entered the beauty industry with a mission to help women feel beautiful, confident, and cared for while creating meaningful career and leadership opportunities for beauty professionals. She brings extensive executive leadership and business experience to her growing organization and remains committed to developing strong teams, supporting the communities her businesses serve, and building a lasting family legacy.
