Jose Molina is the Managing Partner of Blo Miami LLC and oversees new location development, strategic partnerships, and market expansion across Miami. With a background in business strategy and marketing, he combines data-driven decision-making with creative brand building to grow Blo in key urban neighborhoods. Together, Paula and Jose are focused on creating beautifully run salons that feel welcoming, consistent, and deeply connected to the communities they serve.
