The Mane Squeeze Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Effective August 28, 2020

Payment: A Member’s first payment will be processed on the day they complete the Membership Agreement with their local Blo Blow Dry Bar Inc. Owner and their credit card will automatically be charged the applicable Monthly Fee on the same day of the month for the duration of the membership. The Member authorizes the Owner of the location to process their credit card as described. This authorization will remain in effect unless the agreement between the Member and Owner is terminated, suspended or cancelled as detailed below. The Members agrees to notify the location of any change to their payment information.

Additional Details:

Benefits may be redeemed at any Blo Blow Dry Bar in the country of purchase.
Free Birthday Blow Outs must be redeemed within 7 days of the birth date.
Birthday Blow outs may only be redeemable at the location at which the membership was purchased.
Unused blow outs may be used within 90 days from the date the benefit was acquired, after which time the benefit expires.
Mane Squeeze for Extensions is intended for customers with bonded extensions. If a Member of the Mane Squeeze For Extensions removes their extensions, they may switch to a Mane Squeeze membership. Any Mane Squeeze For Extensions benefits subsequently redeemed for blow out services will not be subject to a price adjustment.
Mane Squeeze members who subsequently have extensions installed can change to a Mane Squeeze For Extensions membership or pay an added bonded extensions fee per service. Neither Mane Squeeze nor Mane Squeeze for Extensions includes extension installation or removal.
Benefits are not assignable or otherwise transferable and are personal to the undersigned.

Cancelling & Freezing: A Member can cancel or temporarily freeze their membership by emailing the location at its designated email address at least seven (7) days in advance of your next billing cycle to inform the location that the Member is freezing or cancelling. Unused blow outs may be redeemed for up to 90 days from the date the benefit was acquired, after which time the benefit expires. All other entitlements and benefits under the Program are terminated when the membership is frozen or cancelled. The Owner reserves the right to terminate a membership in the event of failed payment or inappropriate conduct by the Member (as determined by the Owner) which will be effective immediately. A membership may not be frozen for more than 3 months in a row.

Terms & Conditions: Subject to applicable law, the Owner reserves the right to increase the Monthly Fee upon 30 days’ written or electronic notice to the Member. Blo Blow Dry Bar Inc. may terminate and cancel the Program at any time in its sole discretion. In the event of termination or cancellation of the Program, or in the event the enrollment  location closes, Blo Blow Dry Bar Inc. shall have no obligation to provide, and the Member shall not be entitled to receive, any compensation in any form for any dollars or services remaining in the Member’s account as of the date of such closure, termination or cancellation. The Owner reserves the right to transfer or assign all or any part of its interests, rights, privileges, duties and obligations hereunder to any person or legal entity without notice to the Member or the Member’s approval. The Member acknowledges and agrees that this agreement shall be binding to the fullest extent permitted by law. This agreement is subject to applicable law in the jurisdiction where the location is located, and such applicable law will prevail in the event of any conflict with the terms and provisions of this agreement. If any term or provision of this agreement is deemed to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, all other terms and provisions will remain in full force and effect and such invalidity, illegality or unenforceability will not invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction. This constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous proposals, agreements, representations, statements, negotiations and understandings, whether oral or written, between the parties concerning the matters set forth in this agreement.

Disclaimer: Each Blo Blow Dry Bar Inc. location is independently owned and operated by the Owner. Neither Blo Blow Dry Bar Inc. nor any of its parents, subsidiaries, or affiliates is the owner of the location or a party to a Mane Squeeze agreement between a Member and the Owner, nor are they contractually or otherwise liable to the Member identified in this agreement.
