CCPA – Delete

Exercise Your CCPA Rights

CCPA – Do Not Sell

CCPA – Access

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you certain rights regarding your personal information. Your CCPA rights include:

  • Access: you can request access to your personal information
  • Deletion: you can ask us to delete your personal information
  • Opt-out from sales: you can instruct us to stop certain transfers of your personal information

You can exercise your CCPA rights by using the web form below to submit your request(s) to us. You can also exercise your CCPA rights by calling us, toll-free, at 1-800-738-9530, at any time and leaving us voicemail. Blo will respond to the request within 45 days of receiving your request.

If you want to exercise more than one of your CCPA rights, please submit a separate request for each CCPA right, which will help us handle your requests more effectively. Please be aware that we will process your requests in the order we receive them.

Whether you use the web form or call us, we will need information from you to process your request so that we can confirm you are a California resident, determine if we have personal information about you, and, for access and deletion requests, verify your identity. We may also need to contact you about your request, and you can choose the contact method you would like us to use.

Please be aware there might be circumstances where we will not honor your request, as permitted under the CCPA. For example, if we are not able to verify your identity and that you are a California resident, we may not honor your access or deletion request. In addition, we may not delete your personal information if an exception under the CCPA applies. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

If you want an authorized agent to submit a “Delete My PI” or “Access My PI” request on your behalf, the authorized agent must provide proof of their registration with the California Secretary of State, as well as proof that you gave the authorized agent written permission to submit the request(s) on your behalf. We may also require you to verify your identity with us.

If you want an authorized agent to submit a “Do Not Sell My PI” instruction on your behalf, the authorized agent must provide proof of their registration with the California Secretary of State, as well as proof that you gave the authorized agent written permission to submit the instruction on your behalf.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we share personal information with others, including dealers, to operate our business and develop and improve products and services. Under the CCPA, some of this sharing is considered a “sale” even if we do not receive money in exchange for the information we share.

You have the right to instruct us to stop the kind of sharing that the CCPA treats as “sales” and not to engage in that kind of sharing in the future, unless you choose to allow it. If the company you work for does business with Blo and you want your stop “selling” instruction to apply to your business-related personal information, please submit a separate “Do Not Sell My PI” instruction that includes your business contact information. If you do not have an email address or if you prefer not to provide it in connection with your “Do Not Sell My PI” instruction, please call the toll-free telephone number listed above (under “Exercise Your CCPA Rights”) to submit your instruction.

Please be aware there may be circumstances where we can share information with others even if you instruct us to stop “selling” your personal information, as permitted under the CCPA. For example, we may still be able to share information with our service providers so that they can provide services to us. In addition, your instruction to stop “selling” your personal information will not affect sharing that occurred before you gave us the instruction.

For information on “Do Not Sell My PI” instructions submitted by authorized agents, please read “Exercise Your CCPA Rights” above.
