Y-Beyond Pink?: Any time you can get women together to share ideas and be inspired – I want to be there!

How many heel caps do you think you go through on a yearly basis?: Don't get me wrong, I love shoes and especially boots; but, I'm a low heel/wedgy/flats-kinda gal

What is your go-to 'Power Suit'?: Gray or black dress with leggings and boots. (A no fuss fashionista, we like)

Passing on words of wisdom: Do what you do well almost 100% of the time and delegate the rest. Don't think you have to do it all. Chances you are not the best person for absolutely everything, anyway.

Y-blo on a business day?: Until I discovered blo, I didn't know what I was missing. Every time I get to Vancouver, the first thing I do is get a blo. It makes me more confident for just about anything. It is amazing how something so simple changes a girl's day. Plus, I love the grey and white environment – mixed with just the right amount of pink!

Best business lady perk: Not setting an alarm clock...hands down the best thing ever.

If you weren't the CRAVE head honcho, where would you see yourself today?:
I am exactly where I want to be and it is so nice to be able to say that!
